From the dead. πŸ™ 🌻 πŸ™

By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, β€œIn Isaac your seed shall be called,” concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead, from which he also received him in a figurative sense.
Hebrews 11:17‭-‬19 NKJV

When God gave us our first son, I called him Isaac, because he was both to signify and help to usher in our promises from God.  Just like in the Bible.

I did not know what was coming down the pike as a freshfaced, expectant twenty-five year-old new momma of two (then: middle girl and the twins were not yet).

Isaac has left us.  He is becoming a part of another household.  My heart is broken.

But I believe the promises that God has given me.  I trust him.  I am hanging on and believing for a miracle.

Thats what.

Now I’m going to go bake.  I need some self care. πŸ’”
