• Scripture verse There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus! For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death.
• This one thing I do: forgetting what is behind, I strain forward to capture the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. (I mis-remembered that, but it was off the top of my head. I’ll look it up later and get it ✅.
• Nother deep breath. (getting better)
• Pray 🙏 God You know. You were there. Whether it’s stuff that happened to me or stuff I did. (Oh I want to start making excuses! I was in a disassociative fugue! I didn’t know better! I was just following orders. But. I own my part. I did it. God have mercy!)
• Jesus set me free: You promised. Come to me, all you who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you shall find rest for your souls.
