TALKING

Way easier for me this way.

I get super tired

I know it seems easy to others, maybe.  It used to, to me, before I got sick about ten years ago.

Fer sure.

But having a conversation is so hard for some of us because of:

  1. where the MS lesions are at in our brains
  2.  or our hormones are messed up
  3.  or we have MEGA levels of toxins in our blood from meds, or past addiction
  4. or (me) not being able to eliminate toxins.

Just keeping track of a sentence is, frankly, exhausting.

It’s why I don’t

  • go to church
  • Drive
  • go to lunch with friends
  • Meet new people

Remembering

what I just said, what you just said, who you are and your name keeping my teeth in my mouth and my hair on my head during a chat…

THAT takes working memory.

Even following a recipe is exhausting.

Good frickin grieffffff….!

This way of talking (FB MESSENGER) I can see it 👀 and keep myself together and follow some logical thought and sound less like an old bat.

Make sense? 🌻
I Can’t be the only one.  Just sayin.
